Lucas Inke zeigt in diesem Video von Felipe Santiago sein Skills in Rio de Janeiro. In "Sampa on Fire" steht definitiv der tricktechnische Aspekt beim Longboarden im Vordergrund und weniger Slides oder Downhill. Das DK Apex 40 von Original wird ziemlich ausgereizt :)

Nach langem Warten ist die Longboarding-Serie/Doku "Hawaii Sessions" von Original Skateboards nun endlich komplett und auch online. 11 fantastische Teile sind es am Ende geworden, die, neben tollen Landschaftsaufnahmen, eine Menge Longboardaction auf fast 2 Stunden Bildmaterial bieten. Die Jungs um Scott Imbrie sind übrigens schon zum 5. Mal auf Hawaii.

Wunderbarer Clip von den Jungs von Originalskateboards (u.a. mit Brian Bishop, Brad Imbrie, Derek Connor und Scott Imbrie). Das ist nur der erste Clip einer 11-teiligen Serie (YEAH!). Das Material wurde übrigens schon 2009 geschossen.

Sehr schöne Freeride-Action von den Jungs von Original Skateboards. Erinnert mich vom Stil her stark an die fabelhaften Go Longboard-Videos, die ja auch aus dem Hause Original stammen.

Wieder ein schönes Video vom Apex 37. Es ist zwar schon etwas älter, aber ich hatte es hier noch nicht. Ich find' die Tricks total kewl, die die Herren hier zeigen; auch wenn das bei der Skateboardfraktion manchmal auf Ablehnung stößt, find ich es in Ordnung wenn man "Streettricks" mit einem Longboard versucht.

Die Saison ist ja allem Anschein nach noch nicht ganz eröffnet. Das hängt allerdings auch immer davon ab, wo man sich gerade befindet. Hier z.B. ein schönes Video aus der Türkei, wo es jetzt etwas wärmer ist als in Schland. Macht definitiv Lust auf Frühling! Der Soundtrack von Death Cab paßt auch wie Arsch auf Eimer. Vorfreude!

Original Team Rider Colton Killoran takes a look back at his first full year as a longboarder. Colton has been lucky enough to longboard in some of the most remote locations in the world and resides in BC. Shot mostly on the Apex 37 (new version comes out this week!). Should be exciting to see what he can do on some more DH based equipment.

Falls nicht noch was ganz bahnbrechendes kommt, hat in meinen Augen Originalskateboards den Award für die besten Longboardvideos dieses Jahr gewonnen. Es war, wie auch schon letztes Jahr ein heißes Duell zwischen Originalskateboards und Loaded. Eine Top 10 meiner Lieblingslongboardvideos kommt dann am Ende des Jahres.

Nach Go Longboard 2009, nun also der Nachfolger, welcher über 15 Min lang ist.

Pünktlich zum Ende des Sommers - damit man sich auf den Frühling freuen kann. YES! Endlich! Ansehen!
